You can ensure the best outcome by following these guidelines:
- Provide enough measurements so we can easily follow your vision for the final product
- Properly outline the anatomy on the work order
- Provide any comments or special instructions
- We are just a phone call away if you need to let us know about anything that may not be clear on your work order instructions (901-487-9720)
If we don't fabricate your brace properly after you have provided correct and complete instructions, we will re-make it at no charge. We do charge for re-makes if instructions are incorrect or incomplete.
